Welcome to ERA Palm Coast Homes and Land, Inc.

Whether you are retiring or looking for a great place to raise your family, Flagler County has it all. Flagler County reflects traditional hometown American values, like placing family first, knowing your neighbors, and having a sense of community.

Palm Coast is located in Flagler County on the Northeast coast of Florida, just off Interstate 95, midway between Daytona Beach and historic St. Augustine. Orlando and Jacksonville are both within 1 ½ hours away making all of Central Florida’s major attractions and three international airports convenient.

Although there is a small town atmosphere, there are many things to do. Palm Coast is a golfing and boating paradise with lakes, rivers, and the Atlantic Ocean. There are 3 state parks, walking/biking trails, canoe trails, 9 golf courses, 2 aquatic preserves, Marine Land, 3 museums, Flagler Auditorium and much more.

Golf plays an important role in Florida life and Palm Coast is home to prestigious courses designed by Jack Nicklaus, Arnold Palmer and Gary Player. Besides golf, the county offers many nature preserves, parks and lakes that are perfect for boating, fishing, canoeing, biking, relaxing or just having fun. Flagler County has over 50 miles of salt and freshwater canals and is home to 19 miles of beautiful coastal beaches.

On December 31, 1999, the City of Palm Coast was officially incorporated. The city provides a wide range of services including development services, fire services, street construction and maintenance, and parks and recreational activities. The City currently has plans under way for a new City Hall, a town center, new fire stations, and additional land for parks.

This community was well planned and includes a touch of the city ~ with culture, and class in European Village, Flagler Auditorium, and new Town Center. Since its founding in the early 1970’s by the ITT-Community Development Corporation, this area has enjoyed a steady and well balanced growth. Currently, Palm Coast has a population of over 64,000 residents. We have one of the highest rates of population growth in the United States since 1990 and we were named the fastest growing county in the nation by the U.S. Census Bureau during the years 2004 and 2005. Further, the University of Florida’s Bureau of Economic and Business Research predicts Flagler County will experience one of the highest job growth rates in Florida between 1995 and 2010.
