Arrow Real Estate orginally opened in 1982 by Franklin Treace. Franklin's Real Estate career originated in 1967 after many years as an appraiser. Carol Treace joined ERA Arrow in 1983 after teaching for 15 years. Carol holds a bachelors degree in education and a masters in elementary school curriculum.
Carol and Franklin joined the ERA franchise system in 1988 wherein Franklin served as MDA Chairperson for the Chicagoland region from 1991 to 1996.
Carol has been an officer of the ERA Broker Council of Greater Chicagoland from 1988 to present.
In 1989 Franklin opened Franklin Home Funding, a full service mortgage company. In 1996 he opened Franklin Title Company.
